SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Anchoret ships worldwide. All orders require shipping are provided with a tracking number. Multiple orders that are placed with same shipping destination can be combined upon request and shipping fees will be adjusted accordingly. All packages require a signature at delivery. Orders require in-store pick-up will be provided with an instruction once the item(s) are ready for pick-up.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Regardless of the service you choose, you will be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. These fees are calculated based on shipping destination and order value, and will be paid at checkout. No additional fees will be required to receive your order. Please note, any refused or unclaimed international orders will not be eligible for refund. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. 

+ International Express is not available to Czech Republic, Russia, and Ukraine, North Korea.

LOST PACKAGES

Anchoret will issue you a full refund (including the shipping fees) only if the tracking information states that the parcel was lost during delivery.

FALSE DELIVERY

All packages require a signature at delivery. If the tracking information states that parcel was delivered and signed, but you have not received it, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. You understand and agree that Anchoret shall not be liable for false delivery such as that the package was picked up and signed by the wrong person.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must be received within 14 days (including holidays) of your delivery date (the date the parcel received by you or your local post office) based on the tracking information.

All returns must be received in its original condition with its original tags and packaging. Dust bag and shoe box are considered as part of the product and must be returned in its original condition.

All returns must not be used, altered or washed.

Items marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return.

To allow us to identify and prioritize your return, please clearly write your order number on the outside of the package. Leisure Center reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not comply with our return policy may be sent back to its original shipping address at our discretion.

Domestic Returns

Returns from Hong Kong are free. Please click here to request a prepaid return label.
If you want to return your order in-store, please contact us via the use of contact form, phone (+852 2145 0400), or WeChat (ID: anchoret_beijing).

International Returns

Returns from outside of Hong Kong must be authorized. Please click here to begin your return.

You are responsible for purchasing international shipping labels at your expense. All returned merchandise from outside of Hong Kong must be declared as ‘Returned Merchandise’. Please ship the package using your country’s local shipping carrier (such as EMS, Fedex Express, DHL Express etc.) with a tracking number provided. Returns shipped by other services (including but not limited to DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT) will incur brokerage fees and/or duties which will be deducted from the refund that you will receive.

Exchanges

Anchoret do not offer exchange at this moment.

Refunds

Original shipping fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued back to your original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation email will be sent to you. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.

Payment

You can choose the curreny in HKD / USD / RMB. We currently accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, AliPay (支付宝), WeChat Pay (微信支付), and other cards such as Union Pay. The checkout process is powered by Recon, and personal information provided during checkout is transmitted using SLL encryption technology. When you place an order using a credit card, the payment information will be manually captured. If your order is cancelled, ANCHORET will void your payment immediately.
